Are you passionate about supporting adult learners to achieve their full potential? We are looking for 2 dedicated Learning Support Practitioners to join Horizons team,to support 19+ learners in class, within a dynamic and inclusive college environment.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, tailored support to adult learners with additional learning needs. You will work one-to-one, within the classroom, and in small groups to help learners access and succeed in Maths, English, ESOL and vocational programmes.
You will play a key role in promoting independence, building confidence and ensuring that support is responsive to individual learner needs. Through your work, you will empower learners to progress successfully in their studies and achieve their wider personal and career aspirations

The Role
Reporting to the Horizons LSP Coordinator, you will work under the supervision and guidance of lecturers and coordinators to provide high-quality, individualised support for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
You will primarily support learners within foundation learning programmes, delivering both one-to-one and in-class support to ensure students can fully access their curriculum.

You will join us on a part-time permanent basis, term-time only, 32 hpw, 38 wpy. In return, we will offer a competitive salary of £20,810 to £23,026 pa inc London Weighting (pro rata’d)
