We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Hot Stone 3 Windmill Street. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:
– Greet guests and escort them to their tables
– Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
– Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
– Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
– Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
– Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
– Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
– Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
– Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and practices
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
