As a Teaching Assistant at our client’s SEN school, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of pupils with diverse needs and abilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing one-to-one and small-group support, assisting in lesson planning and delivery, and adapting materials and activities to meet the unique needs of each student. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to each child’s education.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of SEN teaching practices, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners are essential.
In this role, you will be remunerated at a competitive rate of £109 – £110 per day, reflecting the importance of your work and the expertise required. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity for personal and professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
