Factory Helper Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated factory helper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises & to help in both departments which include our raw production side & our smoked production side. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, jet washing, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet specific cleaning requirements.
• Assist with specialised cleaning projects as required.
• Maintain organised work areas and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled times.
• Learn both roles in our raw production & smoke Production area.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning & production is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience is advantageous, especially when interacting with visitors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to organisational standards.
