Job Overview
Professional Cleaners UK is a growing communal cleaning company working with residential apartment blocks and managing agents across London.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Operations Team Leader to support the day to day running of our cleaning operations.

This is a mobile, operations focused role where you will play an important part in helping maintain standards across our portfolio of residential developments.

The role involves supporting staff, overseeing standards, carrying out inspections, assisting with operational organisation and helping ensure our services continue running smoothly across the business.

This role would suit somebody with experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, housekeeping supervision or mobile team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day to day cleaning operations across our portfolio
• Overseeing and supporting cleaning operatives and mobile staff
• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
• Helping maintain high standards across residential developments
• Delivering stock, materials and equipment where required
• Supporting staffing, cover and operational organisation
• Communicating professionally with clients, residents and staff
• Assisting management with operational problem solving and service delivery

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Previous operations, supervisor or cleaning industry experience preferred
