That means setting a clear direction, building strong partnerships, and creating an environment where resilience is part of everyday thinking. You’ll also work closely with senior leaders and regulators, helping us stay ahead in a complex and changing world.Key ResponsibilitiesSet the direction for operational and technology resilience across Bupa UKLead the design and continuous improvement of resilience frameworks, policies and standardsWork closely with senior leaders to align resilience with business goals and risk appetiteBuild strong relationships across teamsProvide clear insight and reporting to executive and board-level stakeholdersOversee how resilience risks are identified, measured and managedSupport regulatory requirements and ensure we meet industry expectationsLead and develop a high-performing team, supporting growth and developmentWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience leading operational and technology resilience in a large, regulated environmentStrong understanding of risk management and resilience frameworksExperience working with financial services regulation and industry standardsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationshipsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsConfidence working in a complex, matrix environmentAbility to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day deliveryA clear, practical way of explaining complex ideasBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
