Team player – Positive, supportive, and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and tenants. Attention to detail – Store and use cleaning materials in line with the Home’s COSHH policy, using only approved cleaning products for each task. Organisational Skills – Clean and maintain all rooms and shared spaces across the building efficiently. Independent & Customer-Focused – Ability to work independently without supervision, using initiative to complete tasks efficiently while being committed to providing a high-quality service.
