Warehouse Operative/Picker for Houseplant Company Full Time

We are a growing company passionate about terrariums and houseplants, dedicated to making it easy for people to bring nature into their homes. Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Assist in inventory management: receive, inspect, and store stock.
• Prepare components for kits.
• Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse.
• Contribute to enhancing our order fulfillment process.
• Be adaptable and flexible, ready to handle diverse tasks as needed.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Display enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail.
• Learn plant care and terrarium creation (training provided).
• Deliver outstanding customer service to studio visitors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or customer service role is a plus
• Physical capability to lift and move boxes.
• Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
• Dependable with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to new tasks and challenges.
• A commitment to our goal of bringing nature into homes.
• Organized and efficient in daily operations.
• Preferably residing within a 45-minute commute of our studio at N22 6AG

Additional Note: We have a friendly dog in our studio, so comfort around pets is important.
