We’re building a team of ambitious entry-level graduates, non-graduates and career changers as Tangent expands globally across the UK and Ireland.
No previous experience or degree is required for this role. We’re looking for people who care deeply about our mission and are excited to help grow a network that makes opportunity more accessible.
About Tangent
Tangent is an AI-native network helping talented people from socially diverse backgrounds build the relationships, insight and confidence they need to break into leading companies.
We believe access to opportunity should not depend on who you already know, where you went to university, or whether you can afford expensive career support. Today, only 9% of tech employees come from low socioeconomic backgrounds, despite this group making up 39% of the population. That gap is wider than in law, consulting and banking.
Our platform combines human mentorship with AI to help people get personalised guidance, prepare stronger applications, understand different industries and build meaningful professional connections.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation
Proactively identify and research companies that could benefit from joining Tangent’s network.
Outreach
Contact target accounts through channels including cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social media.
Qualification
Understand each company’s needs and assess whether Tangent is the right fit.
Relationship Building
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across talent, sales, recruitment, diversity and early careers teams.
Pipeline Management
Keep accurate records of activity, conversations and opportunities in our CRM.
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, marketing and partnerships teams to reach shared goals.
Market Research
Stay informed about hiring trends, industry changes, competitor activity and the evolving role of AI in recruitment and professional networking.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
