Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will engage with prospective clients to identify their needs, effectively communicate the value of company solutions, and manage the process of closing sales. Responsibilities include client interaction through calls or virtual meetings, guiding clients throughout the sales cycle, negotiating agreements, and finalizing deals. Stellar communication and relationship-building skills will be essential to drive growth and satisfaction.

This role is strictly focused on sales conversion. Our marketing team already generates and qualifies leads — your responsibility is to engage prospective students, follow up professionally, answer questions confidently, and close sales successfully.

This is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, enjoys speaking with people, and knows how to turn interest into commitment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Closings and Deal Closure to ensure successful sales outcomes
• Knowledge of Escrow processes to manage and facilitate transactions smoothly
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with excellent time management
• Previous experience in sales or account management is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads generated by the company
• Speak with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or virtual meetings
• Understand student concerns and guide them toward enrolment
• Maintain consistent follow-up until leads are converted or closed out
• Provide regular updates on conversations and conversions
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous experience in sales closing, telesales, admissions, or client conversion
• Ability to confidently handle objections and guide conversations professionally
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience selling educational products or online courses is a plus

Compensation

This role is commission-based. Successful candidates will earn commissions from confirmed student enrolments closed through company-provided leads.
