About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to join our growing Brand team. This role will support the day-to-day running of our social media channels, helping us continue to grow and strengthen the Vanquish community through engaging and culturally relevant content.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the fitness and lifting space, has a strong interest in social media and content creation, and is excited by the idea of helping build one of the biggest fitness communities in the world.

Working closely with the wider Brand team, you will deal with content planning, community management, athlete content coordination and social-first creative execution across platforms including TikTok and Instagram (both main and womens page). Alongside your social media responsibilities, you will also support the wider Brand team across creative production, shoots, events and influencer coordination where needed.

This role would suit someone with around 1 year of experience within a social media, content or brand-focused role, who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and highly creative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the day-to-day management of Vanquish social media channels, including ownership of both Instagram pages and of our TikTok

· Assist with community management across our platforms, engaging with our audience, athletes and creators

· Help plan, coordinate and execute social-first content alongside the Brand and Creative teams

· Stay up to date with social media, fitness and lifting trends to help identify new content opportunities

· Assist with creating and organising content briefs for athletes and creators

· Support the sourcing, organisation and publishing of athlete and creator-generated content

· Attend shoots, events and activations to help capture engaging social content and behind-the-scenes moments

· Provide support across wider Brand team projects, including creative production and influencer coordination where required

· Work collaboratively with Social, Influencer and Creative teams to help ensure campaigns and launches are executed smoothly

· Assist with content reporting, organisation and general social media administration

About You

· You have a genuine passion for fitness, gym culture and the lifting community

· You are highly engaged with social media trends and understand what performs well on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

· You are creative, organised and proactive, with a willingness to get involved across different areas of the Brand team

· You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once

· You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing ideas within a creative team

· You are confident capturing content and supporting on shoots, events and activations

· You have strong communication and organisational skills with good attention to detail

It Would Be Great If You Had…

· Around 1 year of experience within a social media, content or brand-focused role

· Experience or exposure to influencer or creator management

· Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar

· A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form content trends

· Experience creating or editing social-first content

· A passion for the fitness, fashion or lifestyle industry

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
