About The Role

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are tailored to each role but generally encompass the following:

• For the Management Accountant: Managing all accounting functions including management accounts, payroll, and liaising with external accountants. Developing systems to enhance financial reporting, monitoring performance, and implementing financial controls aligned with company growth.
• For Office Managers/Administrators: Supporting daily office operations, coordinating HR activities, managing communication channels, liaising with local authorities, sourcing support services, and handling administrative tasks. Flexibility in working hours is also expected.
• For Project Leads: Leading development teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions using best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Managing project lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• For Developers: Building robust web applications, collaborating with teams, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision. Staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• For Hardware and Network Engineers: Managing hardware infrastructure, configuring and securing networks, supporting development teams, and ensuring system availability. Troubleshooting hardware and network issues promptly.
• For Project Managers: Overseeing project planning, process management, and delivery. Re-engineering business processes using lean principles, making strategic buy vs. build decisions, and coordinating across teams to meet project deadlines.
• For Test Leads: Developing comprehensive test plans, executing functional and performance tests, creating testing scripts, analyzing logs, and reporting bottlenecks to ensure product readiness for production deployment.
