We offer a competitive salary, an annual bonus based on company performance, healthcare and wellbeing programmes, pension plan membership, and shares and savings programme.We embrace modern work practises; our Performance with Choice programme offers a hybrid working model, empowering you to find the optimal balance between remote and in-office work.Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSKIn this role you willLead the Meetings Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and deliver the overall strategy, ensuring alignment with PS&O vision, UK Commercial priorities, and enterprise objectives through strong cross‑functional and above‑country partnerships.Drive the evolution of HCP/HCO meeting delivery by continuously improving how meetings are planned, delivered, and evaluated, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, scalability, and digitally enabled engagement.Enhance Meetings CoE processes using insights, feedback, and performance data to simplify, optimise, and future‑proof ways of working, supporting more sustainable and effective engagement models.Coordinate resources and ensure alignment across External Engagements, Materials, and Rebate processes, while overseeing third‑party partners, including risk management and collaboration with Procurement on contracting and negotiations.Establish and lead cross‑functional networks to understand process utilisation, identify pain points, and drive improvements to the end‑to‑end experience.Develop and maintain governance frameworks, including KPI setting and tracking, to drive transparency, performance, and ROI, while adopting a data‑driven, continuous improvement mindset to optimise customer and business outcomes.Why you?Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with a strong background in HCPE strategy and executionProven experience leading and developing high performing teamsStrong track record of driving excellence in execution and moving complex initiatives forwardExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across Commercial, Medical and enabling functionsStrong analytical capability, with experience using data and insight to inform decisions and drive improvementRobust knowledge of the ABPI Code and compliant working practicesDemonstrable project and change management experience, ideally within complex or matrixed environmentsClosing Date for Applications – 19h of May 2026 (COB)Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.When applying for this role, please use the ‘cover letter’ of the online application or your CV to describe how you meet the competencies for this role, as outlined in the job requirements above.
