You will work closely with healthcare team leaders to ensure the well-being and dignity of individuals we support. Referrals will be accepted from medium/ low secure hospitals, PICU, acute admissions and the Criminal Justice System. Patients will be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.Rushcliffe Aberavon is an 18 bedded locked rehabilitation unit for males between the age of 18 and 65 with:A primary diagnosis of mental illness or personality disorder, who would benefit treatment offered within a locked rehabilitation service.Individuals who mental health illness coexists with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour or substance misuse.Individuals who may have disengaged and failed to maintain contact with treatment services in the past.Individuals who would benefit from support from rehabilitation services in preparing them to live independently in the community.What We OfferWe provide a structured induction and ongoing clinical support to ensure you are confident and effective in your role.You will receive supervision, training, and opportunities to develop within a growing service, including progression into leadership roles.You will be part of a service where standards, culture, and practice are being actively shaped, giving you the opportunity to contribute and influence how the service develops.All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check, the cost of which is covered by Rushcliffe Care.Equal Opportunities StatementRushcliffe Care Group is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
