Role Description

We are seeking an Operations & Customer Coordinator for a part-time on-site role located in Frome. The Coordinator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage customer communications, and coordinate operations to support seamless project delivery. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, liaising with clients for updates, managing schedules, and ensuring clear record-keeping. The role involves substantial teamwork and client interaction to ensure exceptional service.

This role is expected to begin part-time, with flexibility around working structure and significant opportunity to grow alongside the company over time.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and timelines effectively
• Proficiency in customer service and communication, with a focus on client engagement and relationship-building
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and administrative tasks
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while working independently as needed
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle challenges proactively
• A passion for renewable energy or experience in energy or construction sectors is a plus
• Experience in administration, operations, customer service, project coordination, or similar organisational roles is beneficial, however – attitude, organisation, and communication skills matter more than formal qualifications.
