Business Manager EasiYo – UK/Europe Full Time NEW

As the Business Manager – UK & Europe, you will play a key role in leading the EasiYo UK business based in Derby, ensuring smooth, effective, and safe operations while driving growth across the UK and European markets. You’ll oversee sales, customer service, planning, purchasing, warehousing, and supply chain, working closely with innovation, marketing, and finance teams in New Zealand and supported by HR partners within Yili Oceania Business Division (YOBD).

You will report directly to the General Manager – North Island and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver sales targets, maintain a strong Health & Safety culture, and manage operational performance within agreed budgets.

You are a proven leader with strong commercial acumen and experience managing branded food businesses in dynamic markets. You bring a track record of delivering sales and profitability targets while fostering a positive team culture. With several years’ experience in operational management and P&L accountability, you are confident in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer needs with business objectives, and have the resilience to lead a cross-functional team while working with a remote senior management structure. Your ability to set and lead the local agenda, combined with a proactive and adaptable approach, will ensure success in this role.
