• Management of all phases of a project life cycle, from analysis to project implementation, as well as professional management of project teams with heterogeneous structures
• Conception and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of customer relationship management and customer service
• Development of digital sales and service strategies based on cloud solutions
• Management of customer projects as project manager or sub-project manager
• Coordination of work packages and procedures in direct contact with the customer
• Improvement of new working methods for processes at customers and in the company

 
Skill Requirements:
 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an industrial/service company with a focus on CRM or IT
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Good knowledge in the design and implementation of IT architectures or in infrastructure construction and operation
