Guest Relations Manager Full Time

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Guest Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest interactions, maintaining strong communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing guest concerns or inquiries. Additionally, you will facilitate customer service initiatives, oversee training processes to enhance support quality, and collaborate with the team to improve guest relations strategies.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and ensure client needs are met effectively
• Experience in Training and onboarding team members to enhance service delivery
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining consistent and professional interaction with guests
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or customer service environments is advantageous
