We are looking for a Partnering Stores Manager to join our team at Huws Gray in ChingfordOur Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we have a mix of stock in all of our partnering sites to support them with projects in their areas. Our stores ensure they get what they need, on time, every time.We rely on our Partnering Stores Managers to run a small team that ensures the customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied. Working in our Huws Gray Partnering Stores means that you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.Here’s a Quick Overview Of Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do As a Partnering Stores Manager With Huws GrayBuilding working relationships with the customer to understand their requirementsIdentify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customerMotivating the team to achieve their targetsMaking competent commercial decisions in line with Senior ManagementMake sure the branch is compliant with legislation and company policyControlling the stock within the Partnering Store, including maintaining the stock recordsWe know that you are more than just a CV and embracing everyone’s individuality is what makes us great as a team.
