- Matric
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable and payroll
- Experience on Xero and Sage Payroll (or similar) essential
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Duties
- Process supplier invoices with correct GL allocation and VAT treatment
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve queries
- Prepare and manage supplier payment runs
- Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation
- Act as a control point in the purchasing process
- Process and administer wages & salaries payrolls
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
- Support month-end processes and deadlines
