- Operations Management
- Develop and execute strategies for exploration, development, and production optimization, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.
- Oversee reservoir characterization, modeling, and enhanced recovery techniques to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Production Oversight
- Lead exploration, drilling, and field development projects, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage field operations to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Financial & Risk Management
- Prepare operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and monitor financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to HSE and industry regulations.
- Technology & Innovation
- Drive the adoption of advanced technologies (AI, big data) to improve reservoir management and production efficiency.
- Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams, develop talent, and foster a strong HSE culture.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or related field
Experience
15+ years in the oil & gas industry, including 5+ years in senior leadership with expertise in operation management
