About The Role
Booker is actively seeking a People Admin Assistant to join its Human Resources team on a fixed-term basis for nine months. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their HR experience within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective communication across the organization. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a balanced work schedule that promotes work-life harmony.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred, especially familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively handling HR inquiries and supporting team members. A friendly, professional demeanor coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
