Healware is looking for a Medical Co-Founder to join our founding team.We are building an explainable AI platform for predicting drug allergies and cross-reactions before harm happens.Ideally, we are looking for either:* a strong scientific/medical profile, or* someone with entrepreneurial experience in healthcare or HealthTech.Looking for:* MD, PhD, or strong medical/pharmaceutical background (clinical or laboratory experience is a plus)* Interest in AI and healthcare innovation* Long-term founder mindset* Passion for building impactful technology from an early stage* Strong English communication skillsWould be a plus:* Previous business or startup experience in healthcare/HealthTech* Research or clinical experience related to allergies, immunology, pharmacology, or drug safety*This is a founder-level role with equity/shareholding, not a traditional salaried position.Feel free to reach out directly if interested.
