Role Description
This part-time, on-site Receptionist (Physiotherapy Assistant) role is based in Manchester. The role involves welcoming clients and managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and answering queries. Additional responsibilities include supporting the physiotherapists with non-clinical tasks, organizing administrative files, and ensuring the clinic is clean and well-maintained for a professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with basic computer software for scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of physiotherapy or sports injury care is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment
- Flexibility to assist with additional non-clinical tasks as required
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with healthcare or clinic settings is a plus
