Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at Jakarta Satrio Tower for a Customer Relation Staff. The role involves managing customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer retention, and developing strategies to enhance client experiences. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring open and effective communication with clients to address their needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction strategies
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a customer relations or support role is advantageous
