We are currently seeking an Industry Lead – Banking to join our global expert team in the UK (remote flexibility).

In this role, the Industry Lead – Banking acts as the global domain owner for the Banking industry, serving as a strategic advisor to executive customers and representing ARIS at C-level engagements.

You will combine deep banking expertise with a strong understanding of process intelligence, BPM, and AI to drive executive conversations, shape industry narratives, and influence ARIS’ global go-to-market strategy. This role bridges customers, Product & Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure ARIS delivers scalable, differentiated, and high-impact banking solutions.

Essential Functions

• Lead executive-level (C-suite and VP) engagements within global banking institutions, framing strategic transformation discussions around operating model evolution, process intelligence, BPM, and AI.
• Own and drive strategic customer conversations, executive workshops, and point-of-view positioning focused on banking transformation and innovation.
• Act as a trusted industry advisor, guiding executive decision-making and shaping long-term strategic partnerships rather than supporting transactional sales cycles.
• Define and drive the global Banking go-to-market motion in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Customer Experience, and Solution Architecture teams.
• Build and lead the global Banking domain community, establishing standards, reference models, best practices, and a clear industry narrative for process intelligence in banking.
• Enable internal stakeholders including Solution Architects, Presales, and Customer Success teams with structured banking positioning and messaging.
• Own the Banking solution vision and innovation agenda, translating regulatory shifts, AI evolution, and market trends into scalable, repeatable industry solutions and accelerators.
• Collaborate closely with Product & Technology to influence roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and global GTM strategy.
• Represent ARIS externally at executive briefings, industry conferences, customer forums, and partner engagements, positioning ARIS as a thought leader in banking process intelligence and AI.

Minimum Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in banking transformation, process excellence, consulting, or enterprise software leadership within the financial services sector.
• Experience working with U.S. and European banking stakeholders and regulatory environments (direct delivery, advisory, or GTM exposure across both regions).
• Proven experience leading executive-level customer engagements with global or large regional banking institutions.
• Demonstrated ownership of industry go-to-market motions, domain leadership, or strategic industry initiatives.
• Strong strategic background in BPM, process optimization, process intelligence, and operating model design.
• Ability to connect AI, governance, risk management, and process intelligence into a coherent and commercially compelling banking narrative.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise software business models.
• Exceptional executive communication, influence, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

• Established network of senior banking executives and industry influencers.
• Experience shaping industry roadmaps or influencing product strategy within enterprise software environments.
• Public speaking experience at conferences or industry forums.
