Location: Home-based with the expectation of travel within England as required.
Salary: £46,598.80

It’s an exciting time to join our Workforce Learning and Development Team as a Learning Designer. This role will play a significant role in improving and expanding Skills for Care’s learning and development offer.
As Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating rich, high quality, sector specific e-learning. You will work closely with the Marketing Team and Commercia colleagues to deliver to our brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations. You will have solid experience in the learning and development / training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.
This role will work as a part of the wider Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development, and be recruited alongside a Multimedia Designer to enable us to achieve our vision of creating great social care workforce development, and our wider corporate strategy aims.
We are particularly keen to speak to candidates who will be available to commence the post in June 2026.
