Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for an Admin ISSN. The primary responsibilities include handling administrative tasks related to journal and publication processing, managing communications with clients and relevant organizations, organizing and maintaining accurate documentation, providing customer support, and assisting with basic financial transactions and records. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the efficient operation of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and third-party organizations.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational skills to manage documentation and coordinate daily operations efficiently.
• Solid Analytical and problem-solving skills to review and process submissions and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Basic Finance knowledge and experience with managing financial records and transactions.
• Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or relevant alternatives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in publishing, intellectual property, or a related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
