Shift Engineer (Multi-Skilled / Electrical Bias)Shifts (2-Week Rotation)Salary: -50,000A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer, ideally with an electrical bias, to work in a fast-paced production environment.Shift Pattern:Week 1: Monday to Friday, 05:00 – 15:00Week 2: Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 02:00The Role:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipmentDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficientlySupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and reliabilityWork collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtimeEnsure all work is completed in line with health & safety standardsRequirements:Multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical competenciesExperience within a manufacturing or production environment (food industry desirable but not essential)Ability to fault find on a range of automated machineryRelevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat”s on Offer:Competitive salary of -50,000Structured shift pattern with no weekend workStable and supportive working environmentOpportunities for training and developmentIf you”re a motivated engineer looking for your next challenge in a dynamic environment, this could be the ideal role for you, click apply!
