This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a high-growth, fast-moving grocery business at scale, with direct impact on how customers discover and shop for groceries online. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Vendor Managers, Brand Specialists, and central teams to deliver a compelling, commercially effective online store.
Key Skills You’ll Need To Demonstrate
Commercially curious and data-driven – you’re comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data, and you use it to make better decisions, not just report numbers
A strong executor with an eye for detail – you take pride in getting things right, managing multiple work streams simultaneously without dropping the ball
A natural collaborator – you build effective relationships with Vendor Managers, Brand Specialists, and central teams, and you know how to influence without authority
Customer-obsessed – you think about the end customer in everything you do, from how a promotion is positioned to how a storefront is laid out
Comfortable with ambiguity – you thrive in a fast-moving environment, can adapt quickly when priorities shift, and don’t wait to be told what to do next

Acting as the UK subject matter expert (SME) within the EU Merchandising and Trade Planning team, managing stakeholder relationships and aligning on priorities
