Our mission is to continue to sell our core products while at the same time introducing new products and servicesJob DescriptionThe Strategic Initiatives Project Lead leads high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives for the Group (mergers & acquisitions, divestments, transformation programs). They are involved end‑to‑end, from the ideation phase through delivery and implementation, in close coordination with Executive Committee (ExCom) members.Leading multidisciplinary and international teams, the role ensures alignment of projects with Quadient’s overall strategy and contributes directly to long‑term value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with ExCom membersStructure and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, governance, and deliverablesTranslate strategic vision into operational action plans supported by performance indicatorsIdentify organizational, operational, and human impacts and lead change management effortsEstablish performance tracking and recommend corrective actions when neededMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and internal processesAnticipate and remove roadblocks, arbitrate priorities, and secure decision‑makingProvide regular, structured reporting to senior management and the ExComLead multiple strategic transformation projects simultaneouslyRecommend prioritization and arbitration of initiatives driven by the Strategic Operations teamWorking Relationships : InternalReporting line: VP Strategic OperationsKey InteractionsExCom membersSupport functions (IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.)Solutions leaders and regional leadersBusiness leaders involved in the projectsExternalManagement consulting firmsLegal advisorsStrategic partnersQualificationsEducation & ExperienceMaster’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university qualification)Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large‑scale strategic projects and transformation initiativesStrong experience in change managementProven background in management consulting and/or complex, international environmentsExcellent ability to prepare and deliver presentations and engage with top managementFluent English required; French proficiency is an assetKey SkillsExcellent organizational, structuring, and autonomy skillsNatural leadership and ability to rally multidisciplinary teamsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to operate effectively in demanding, high‑pressure environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problem statementsResults‑driven mindset with a strong performance cultureAdditional InformationRewards & BenefitsFlexible Work: Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setup for a balanced lifestyle.
