Job Type: Permanent, full time 35 hours per week
To contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice. You will be expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. Enthusing students by making the subject content relevant and current with a strong link to employers and the local economy. You will be required to monitor each student’s academic performance and provide feedback for improvements, supervise and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals. We offer GCSE resits and functional skills alongside a range of vocational courses at L1, L2 and L3. Our cohort is mainly a mixture of 16-18 year olds but we do also offer evening class GCSE and functional skills to adult learners as a stand alone qualification.
