Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campus Manager located in SE London. As the Campus Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that workspace facilities and community run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include managing member relationships, coordinating events, providing a high standard of customer service, organizing training sessions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to grow and maintain an engaging and productive community. The Campus Manager will represent BLUE GARAGE and play an essential role in supporting its mission of empowering high growth deep tech startups, makers and creatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with members and partners
• Experience in Community Management and engagement, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a collaborative environment
• Highly organised, with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams
• Passion for supporting creative communities, with knowledge of creative industries, especially in advanced manufacturing, engineering, design, making, or entrepreneurship
• Familiarity with event coordination and running community-building programs is a plus
