This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative officer with excellent communication, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, to be involved in the success of the Exams Office in this fixed term role for 18 months. As Examinations Officer you will deliver all aspects of formal examinations arrangements across the University, ensuring a high quality, user-focussed examinations operations service. This includes timetabling examinations, ensuring adequate invigilation, handling enquiries, liaison with colleagues across the University, providing information and advice on examination services and related policies and procedures and examination scheduling and delivery.
To succeed in the role, you should have: Experience of implementing and adhering to a range of regulations, policies, procedures and service standards
To meet service demands, there is a need for flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends.
This is a full-time post that is fixed term for 18 months. Job-sharers are welcome to apply. This role is eligible for agile working, meaning you can work from home for a portion of the week depending on service needs.
