Our client is looking to recruit a number of semi-skilled operatives with the enthusiasm to work within an well established site team.The ideal candidate would have industry experience working, however basic training will be provided for the job.The candidates must have: Ability to drive Able to work away from home during the week. A premium pay rate for working away is available at £22.78 per hour. Basic English and Maths qualifications (min. GCSE level 4 / grade C) Basic computer skills. Happy to complete a DBS Police check for site work. Daily Duties Able to carry out construction tasks and commands, instructed by the site manager or site supervisor. Assist skilled tradesman with aspects of the works. Maintain upkeep of work area, workshop and general housekeeping. The use of hand tools, such as hand drills and power tools. Carry out general maintenance across the site. Make themselves aware of health and safety risks involved. Follow site rules and procedures. Following best practice guidelines and ensuring other adhere to them. Report to supervisor for workload, issues and any risk events.
