We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join the Global Corporate Real Estate Team based from our Maidenhead Office. This role will be responsible for managing and directing a corporate office real estate portfolio of multiple offices spread over multiple countries including the UK and EMEA. This position will provide a strategic approach to strategic portfolio planning, leasing and facilities management for a regional portfolio in line with the Company’s growth strategy, risk appetite, cost controls and environmental footprint. It will also be responsible for managing the capital and operating expense budgets for the assigned region.
Responsibilities include leading complex lease negotiations and fit-out projects for multimillion dollar budgets, acquisitions of new offices and disposition of excess leased office locations. This role will lead an internal and external team consisting of project managers, facilities managers and administrators. This role will have responsibility for ensuring delivery and governance of all aspects of property management, physical security and health & safety (in coordination with the Corporate EHS team) across the assigned portfolio and will influence decision making through accurate, timely reporting to executive and senior leadership.
