Bilingual Inside Sales Executive

Location: Feltham

Salary: up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and benefits

Main Duties

To manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role

– Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories

– Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

– Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support

• Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts

– Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand

– Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction

Candidate’s Profile

– Fluent in German (written and spoken) a huge benefit but not essential

– Applications are welcome from candidates with additional European language skills

– Previous experience in sales or account management recommended

– Excellent communication skills

– Strong time management and organisational skills

– Lives within commutable distance from the office
