Who are we looking for?

Put simply, the Orders & Provisioning team make customer orders happen. The Orders and Provisioning Executive provides customer focused administrative support within the Orders & Provisioning team which manages the onboarding and in-life requirements for our Techland customers.

You will also learn our iPECS ordering & provisioning processes to help support the rest of the team.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 

• Manage the provisioning of the various order types for Techland in a timely and accurate manner, using standard processes and systems.
• Providing accurate and efficient administrative support, including data entry within the various company systems and spreadsheets ensuring all relevant customer documents are received and saved on internal systems
• Handle incoming calls, emails and written correspondence from customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Liaise with third parties as required, dealing with customer issues and liaising with third parties.
• Managing delivery of orders from the vendor, and managing delivery with the couriers of physical goods from the vendor to the US, UK and worldwide sites
• Be a proactive member of the team and collaborate with several internal teams to make orders happen
• Identify areas for improvement e.g., product, system or process
• Escalate serious issues in a timely fashion to the relevant parties

What You’ll Need

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Good written skills and communication, able to deal at all levels and to people of varying technical capability
• Solution and quality focused individual with a ‘right first time’ approach
• Resilient and responsive to change, operating within a fast-paced business telecommunications environment
• Customer orientated with an organised and logical approach to fulfilling requirements and the ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently
• Positive attitude with a diplomatic approach to working with other teams and suppliers
• A self-organiser with the ability to take responsibility for their own workload as well as learning
