Due to the healthcare needs of some of our pupils we would welcome applications from candidates with experience of working with pupils with physical and medical needs.

About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 4 SCP 6-7 £25,989 -£26,403

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: Full time, Temporary for one year

Main Place of Work: Gwenfo Church in Wales Primary School

Temporary Reason: Linked to ongoing Individual Development Plan/Healthcare Plan needs

Description: The Governing Body at Gwenfo Church in Wales Primary School is looking to appoint a passionate, caring and enthusiastic LSA to join our school family.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Can demonstrate a willingness and ability to promote and develop the school’s distinctive Christian ethos, creative and nurturing character;
• Has the belief in developing the talent in each and every child;
• Is inspirational and reflective, patient and caring.
• Has the enthusiasm, energy and ability to inspire, motivate, challenge and support our pupils;
• Has experience of working with pupils with additional needs.

Has excellent communication skills to work in partnership with children, parents/carers, staff, governors and the local and wider community.
