Job DescriptionAssist Gas Manager in technical issues, health & safety requirements and company proceduresSupervise the team of Gas Engineers & Apprentices working on behalf of United Living to delivering high quality & cost effective gas installation, servicing & maintenance servicesCarry out service, repair, commissioning and maintenance work to heating & gas systems where requiredTo carry out routine inspections and quality control checks on U/L engineers & sub-contractorsTo cover for Gas Manager, attending contract meetings, health & safety meetings etc. where necessaryLiaise with clients and residents to help Gas Manager deal with complaints, correspondence and client enquiries to enable a swift and positive outcomeQualificationsFull Domestic ACS qualifications Inc.
