The Role: Trainee Operations Manager – Sales
This isn’t your standard entry-level role. It’s a structured, progression-focused programme designed to take you from learning the basics to running operations and managing large teams across the UK.
Stage 1 – Sales Foundations
You’ll start by learning the core of what we do:
- Representing brands through live campaigns
- Learning the psychology of sales and customer behaviour

- Manage your own sales teams
- Learn HR, finance, marketing, and brand management

Final Stage – Senior Leadership

- Lead large teams across multiple markets
- Travel and oversee campaigns nationwide
- Become a key decision-maker within the business
