This is a remote role.About UsReachdesk is the first truly end-to-end global SaaS gifting and swag platform, helping B2B companies create meaningful connections with prospects, customers, and employees, while driving measurable ROI.We believe gifting is more than just a transaction: it’s about building genuine human connections that fuel business growth. Whether you’re engaging prospects, celebrating customers, or recognizing employees, our platform makes it easy to deliver personalized gifts, branded swag, and unforgettable event & brand experiences at scale through automated sourcing, storage, and global delivery.Trusted by many of the most recognized names in technology and SaaS, Reachdesk integrates effortlessly with your marketing, sales, and HRIS tech stack and is powered by a world-class team with hubs in New York, London, and Lisbon. We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Analytics & Insights Analyst to join us.The RoleAs an Analytics & Insights Analyst at Reachdesk, you will sit at the center of the company and turn data into decisions that directly shape how the business grows. Working closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, identifying opportunities, influencing strategy, and driving better commercial outcomes. You will be joining at a pivotal moment as we build a modern, AI-augmented analytics function: defining what matters, establishing reporting the business trusts, and embedding AI into your workflows to scale your impact. Success means moving Reachdesk from a place where data simply exists to one where it drives every key decision.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and own the analytics layer that powers commercial, financial, product, and customer decision-making at Reachdesk, partnering with Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer Operations to make data the default input to every key decision.Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and recommendations, working directly with leaders to frame the problem, define the metric, deliver the insight, and follow it through to a decision.Establish a defined set of trusted, executive-grade dashboards and reports across pipeline, retention, customer health, unit economics, operational performance that the business actually uses, with definitions and lineage everyone agrees on.Embed AI into your own workflow and help others across the organization do the same, using LLMs and modern tooling to accelerate exploration, automate recurring analysis, and generate narratives, scaling your impact well beyond what a traditional analyst would deliver.Run deep-dive analyses on commercial performance across win rates, segment economics, NRR drivers, sourcing margins, gifting attach rates, sales productivity, and surface the key things leadership should actually do about them.Support Finance and the executive team with board-ready analyses, cohort views, and variance commentary, working closely with the Head of Business Systems & Operations on the data foundation underneath them.Champion data quality and definitions across the business, raising your hand when numbers disagree and helping land a single source of truth for the metrics that matter.Build self-serve analytics where it makes sense, lifting the routine reporting burden off your plate and the business so you can stay focused on the questions that move the needle.Develop a forward-looking analytics roadmap including what we measure, how we measure it, and where AI changes the workflow, while bringing leadership along.About YouYou are a curious, commercially-minded analyst who is energized by hard, ambiguous business questions and the opportunity to shape how a company makes decisions. You think in hypotheses, not just queries, and you care about the decision your analysis will drive far more than the dashboard it lives in. You are equally comfortable digging into a messy NetSuite GL extract, pressure-testing a CRO’s pipeline narrative, or pairing with an LLM to scaffold a model in minutes rather than days. You bring a builder’s mindset to a function being built from the ground up: opinionated about what good looks like, willing to make the call when the data is imperfect, and excited to embed AI into the core of how analytics get done at Reachdesk.Must-have Capabilities4+ years in an analytics, insights, BI, or strategic-finance role in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally B2B SaaS or a comparable subscription business.Strong SQL and confident working across modern BI tooling (Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar). You can go from raw data to a credible answer without a lot of hand-holding.Track record of partnering directly with senior business stakeholders to define the question, deliver the analysis, and influence the decision, not just service ticketed report requests.Practical fluency using LLMs and modern AI tooling day-to-day, with a clear point of view on where AI does and does not belong in analytics work.Genuine commercial intuition: you can read a P&L, talk through a sales funnel, and reason about retention, unit economics, and segment performance with the people who own them.High standards for metric definitions, lineage, and the discipline required to keep numbers trustworthy.Excellent written and verbal communication, able to compress a complex analysis into a one-page narrative an executive can act on, and equally able to defend the methodology underneath it.Strong sense of ownership and bias to action; comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS business with monthly board and lender reporting cadences.Exposure to multi-stream revenue models (SaaS combined with services, sourcing, marketplace, or fulfilment) and the analytical complexity they bring.Familiarity with the Reachdesk-relevant stack of Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and a modern BI layer or comparable enterprise tooling.Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or analytical copilots in production, beyond ad-hoc prompting. Background blending finance and commercial analytics (FP&A, RevOps analytics, strategic finance), with the ability to move comfortably between both.Comfort comfortable operating across time zones. The BenefitsCompetitive salary with generous stock optionsPension with employer contributions (NEST)Affordable Private Medical Insurance, including mental health support and fast access to careFlexible PTO that increases the longer you’re with us, plus extra flexibility for life’s unexpected momentsA genuinely collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and ambitious peoplePrivacy Policy: We process personal information submitted as part of your application in accordance with the Reachdesk Candidate Privacy Notice.
