Woking on behalf of our steadily growing Harlow based company.

Seeking a switched on and commercially aware individual to provide administrative support to the engineering team.

  • · Raise job sheets.
  • · Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Scheduling and diary management or engineers.
  • · Prepare accurate estimates to include labour, materials, and associated costs.
  • · Prepare quotations and proposal documentation, including scopes, assumptions, exclusions, and options.
  • · Maintain up to date pricing tools, estimating templates, and cost models.
  • · Organise and collate job packs for engineering.
  • · Review technical specifications/drawings and understanding clients’ requirements.
