Sales Associate (Full Training Provided)
Overview:
We are seeking energetic, professional, and people-focused individuals to join our customer engagement team in Slough. In this role, you will represent well-known brands, engage with customers face-to-face, and help create positive experiences that build long-term relationships.
No previous experience is required, as we provide full product training and ongoing coaching.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Interact with customers in person to introduce products and services
- Represent trusted brands through organised residential campaigns and events
- Communicate key product information clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives
- Gather customer insights to help improve outreach strategies
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop new ideas that enhance customer engagement
- Stay informed on brand messaging, industry developments, and market trends
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging new people
- A friendly, approachable manner with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends if required
- Additional language skills are advantageous when engaging diverse communities
