With the assistance of the Member Support Operations Manager, PR & Social Media Manager your role will monitor our social media’s (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and review site posts (trust pilot, google, Facebook) using a variety of community management platforms and provide agreed timely responses to both incoming social media contact.
You will tag and save any posts that should be considered as a risk or provide a positive PR opportunity. And you will support the PR & Social Media team with monitoring conversations on social and digital media in the event of a crisis or issue.
