Key responsibilities include managing budgets, implementing strategies to improve patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving practice performance. The role also involves fostering a positive work culture, addressing operational challenges, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in team management, leadership, and staff development.Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and implement strategic initiatives effectively.Proficiency in using healthcare management software and general computer applications.A relevant qualification in healthcare management, administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience working within a healthcare setting, with an understanding of NHS standards and practices, is highly desirable.
