This is a hybrid position.Your future duties and responsibilitiesn this role, you will take ownership of delivering 3rd line Wintel support across a secure and complex infrastructure estate, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance of critical systems. You will operate within SLA-driven frameworks, resolving complex incidents, supporting BAU operations, and contributing to infrastructure improvements that enhance resilience and efficiency.Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining core Windows services while identifying opportunities to automate processes, optimise environments, and strengthen platform stability in a collaborative and structured setting.Support & Resolve complex 3rd line Wintel incidents within agreed SLAsMaintain & Optimise Windows Server environments and Active Directory servicesAdminister & Support VMware virtualisation platformsSupport & Enhance Citrix environments where applicableManage & Maintain Group Policy and DNS configurationsSupport & Deliver Microsoft Exchange administration and servicesMonitor & Improve infrastructure performance and system healthAutomate & Streamline operational tasks using scripting (e.g. PowerShell)Contribute & Deliver infrastructure project work and platform enhancementsEnsure & Uphold security, governance, and compliance standardsRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleTo succeed, you will bring strong 3rd line Wintel support experience within enterprise or secure environments, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain critical infrastructure services.
