This includes physical practice changes, refreshed marketing, new digital journeys and a renewed focus on the client experience making this one of the most significant brand programmes in UK veterinary care.About The RoleWe’re rolling out a new, unified brand across hundreds of veterinary practices nationwide and it’s a big, fast-moving programme. To support this, we’re looking for a Brand Implementation Coordinator to play a hands-on role in guiding practices through a structured 10-15 week brand launch journey.This isn’t an install and go” rollout. It requires ongoing engagement, coordination and problem-solving with multiple teams, all working at pace. You’ll act as a key point of contact for practices, helping them stay on track, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a high-quality, consistent brand launch.With the programme scaling rapidly, this is a great opportunity to join a nationally significant transformation at an exciting moment.What You’ll Be DoingAct as the main day-to-day point of contact for allocated Area and Practice teams during their brand rolloutGuide teams through a structured countdown to launch” timeline, ensuring actions are completed on timeProvide proactive, practical support answering questions, troubleshooting issues and keeping momentum highFacilitate weekly calls with Area Teams, offering first-line support throughout the implementation journeyInduct Practice Leadership Teams into the brand launch process and toolsSupport and deliver train the trainer” sessions, enabling practice leaders to engage their own teams using our Brand Snacks toolkitEscalate complex or novel issues appropriately, while taking ownership of resolving day-to-day challengesCapture feedback and identify opportunities to improve the implementation processHelp ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all brand launchesAbout YouYou’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once. You take ownership, enjoy solving problems, and respond quickly when things need fixing.You’ll likely bring:Experience in operations, project coordination, or a fast-paced implementation environmentConfidence working with multiple stakeholders remotelyStrong communication and facilitation skillsExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughA calm, pragmatic approach in a high-volume, time-critical rolloutExperience in a veterinary, healthcare or multi-site environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
