Marketing Manager (f/m/d)- Finance & Indexing Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead the execution of high-impact marketing and PR initiatives. This is a highly visible role with real ownership. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our brand presence, promoting our product suite, and helping us win new business with target clients. We’re seeking someone who understands the indexing landscape and can translate technical products into compelling marketing and PR narratives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, events, announcements, PR)
• Measure performance of marketing and PR campaigns and keep organised records
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the indexing and investment ecosystem to support PR efforts
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research on other indexing players
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports for internal and external distribution
• Manage marketing projects end-to-end with strong ownership and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing and/or PR, ideally within indexing, ETFs, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques (digital marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, AI tools)
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented professional

Essential Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of marketing experience (experience in the Indexing industry or related industries such as ETFs is highly desirable)
• Good product knowledge in indices or index-linked products
• Strong network within the indexing or investment ecosystem
• Demonstrated success running marketing and/or PR campaigns independently
• Native or highly fluent English speaker
• Python or automation skills are a plus
