About The Role
We are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to join our supportive and collaborative team in South Manchester. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, grow in confidence, and build strong professional relationships in a structured and encouraging environment.
You do not need prior sales experience to succeed here. We place a strong emphasis on training, guidance, and personal development, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating thoughtfully, and developing new skills over time.
Your Day-to-Day
- Gently initiating conversations with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Listening carefully to understand client needs and qualifying opportunities
- Building rapport and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Keeping CRM records organised and up to date
- Learning our products, services, and market with ongoing coaching and support
- Working towards realistic targets with encouragement from your team

- Confidence to learn outbound conversations at your own pace
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive mindset and willingness to ask questions and develop
- Able to commute to South Manchester
